Crit & Pen is an editorial company which helps people make the jump from writer to published author. I have redesigned the business’ website from a UX/UI point of view. Through our engagement with Loni Crittenden (founder of Crit & Pen Editorial), I have re-structured the architecture of her website and created a friction-less journey for clients interested in acquiring C&P’s services.
